At a young age, Amy knew she was an artist as she loved creating through drawing, painting and sculpture. She was endlessly captivated by the lines, curves and colors found in nature as well as architecture. Her artistic interest was further inspired by her father, Allen Edwards, a successful celebrity hair stylist in Hollywood, when she would spend time in his salons observing his various creations.

For the last 30 years, Amy has harnessed her artistic passion into a professional career as a hair stylist. She is a featured stylist in salons, hair shows and with product companies across the United States, as well as an in-salon educator. Amy is an expert in creating the look that is right for you. She does this by studying your hair texture and color, the shape of your face and the tone of your skin. Amy evaluates what you would like to achieve with your hair then provides constructive feedback to create a style you can easily work with, and love.

Amy believes hair health is as important as a great cut and color, so in 2015 she moved away from using traditional salon products and became a specialist in Natulique Certified Organic products. Natulique is a natural-organic-vegan line that she uses for a range of services including balayage, perming, defrizzing hair and more!
